  • Delivery is at-least-once over HTTPS POST
  • No ordering guarantee
  • Exponential retries with jitter for up to 24 hours
  • HTTP 2xx acknowledges receipt (not async processing completion)
  • Deduplicate on envelope id / 1Funnel-Webhook-Id
  • Exhausted retries become terminal failed_exhausted internally
Return 2xx only after durable acceptance of the event (or a dedupe hit).
