# Glossary

> Terms used in the 1Funnel developer portal.

## External Integration API

The public HTTP API for third-party integrations. It is distinct from merchant-portal APIs and from internal service APIs. No version of it is published yet.

## Approved contract

An OpenAPI or AsyncAPI document that 1Funnel has explicitly approved for external publication. Files under `scripts/fixtures/` are not approved contracts.

## Outbound webhook

An event 1Funnel sends to an HTTPS endpoint operated by an integrator.

## Inbound webhook

An event an external system sends to 1Funnel.

## Identity Platform

The 1Funnel system that will authenticate API consumers. The developer-facing credential flow is not published yet.

## API playground

The interactive request panel in the API reference. It is disabled until the external API security model is approved.
