# SMS templates

> Create and manage SMS templates with revision pinning.

  The documented API endpoints and authentication services are not yet available

Template operations live under `/sms/templates`. Writes require
`sms.template.write`; reads require `sms.template.read`.

When sending with a template, the platform pins an immutable template revision
at durable acceptance. Later template edits do not rewrite already-accepted
messages.
