# Message status and delivery

> Individual display status versus bulk processing and delivery summaries.

## Individual messages

Display statuses: `queued`, `sent`, `delivered`, `failed`.

Outbound webhook events exist for `sent`, `delivered`, and `failed` only.

## Bulk processing

Processing statuses include `created`, `scheduled`, `queued`, `processing`,
`paused`, `completed`, `failed`, and `cancelled`.

Webhook events exist for `processing`, `completed`, and `failed`.

`delivery_summary` on the REST bulk resource reports `as_of`, `complete`, and
`outcomes_resolved` when authoritative. If unavailable, the field is null with
a warning — not zero-filled.
