# Errors

> How API errors will be documented.

  The External Integration API is not generally available. Nothing on this page
  is a production endpoint, credential, or response schema.

The error catalog will be generated from the approved OpenAPI contract. This page will explain that catalog in prose once the contract exists.

Until then, no status-code list, error body, or error code is part of the public API. Integrators should not code against an assumed error format.
